Mr. Ifeanyi Okechukwu

Ifeanyi Okechukwu is the National Network Coordinator of WANEP-Nigeria. Prior to his appointment, he was the Head of Programs for the Network. He joined WANEP from the Centre for Peace in Africa where he was the Senior Program Officer in charge of Community Conflict Transformation. He has over 10 years experience in peacebuilding with core capacities in Disaster Management, Conflict Prevention, Management and Resolution. He also has a flair for research, writing, training and manual development. Ifeanyi holds a Bachelor and Masters Degree in Mass Communication and Public Relations respectively.

Bridget Osakwe

  Program Manager, Women in Peacebuilding got involved in social development work in 1999 and has since acquired a lot of experience in training and capacity building, organizing workshops, advocacy social mobilization, counseling, networking and building coalitions research and publications and consultancy services.
Specific areas of interest include gender human and women’s rights, Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding, gender and disaster, women and arms control, women political empowerment, ICT/IT, International and National Human Rights Instruments.
She worked with Project Alert on Violence Against Women for several years where she was involved in charge of information sharing on issues of violence against women and providing support services to female victims of violence while also advocating for the protection of their rights. Bridget is an efficient trainer/facilitator at workshops and has embarked on projects from design to implementation, monitoring and evaluation. She has also handled some consultancy as a service that has the potential of giving expertise and experience for better results as well as responsible leadership in project management.
With a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, she has attended relevant trainings to her work both national and at international levels. Bridget has some books and publications to her credit. .

Austin Olisa Eneanya

Finance Manager is coming from Development Information Network (DevNet) where he has been the Admin/Accounts Officer since 2001. He holds a HND in Accounting and has very good knowledge of contemporary accounting software and auditing practice. Austin is a member of so many professional bodies and has assisted in setting up several accounting books for many NGOs in Nigeria .

Yewande O Famuyide

Administrative Manager has over 5years experience working with a network organisation and has served in various capacities within the organisation. She manages the Admin/HR department and gives support to programs department.
Yewande holds a HND in Public Administration and BSc. in International Relations. She is a registered member of Project Management Institute, USA. She has participated in both International and National Peacebuilding trainings prominent is the prestigious West Africa Peacebuilding Institute (WAPI), in Accra.
Her interest include reading, setting up processes at the work place, ensuring proper coordination of network members, travelling and meeting people.

Bukola Ilemobola Ademola-Adelehin

Bukola Ilemobola Ademola-Adelehin (nee Akosile) is a Program Officer Women in Peacebuilding of WANEP Nigeria in a capacity she works with women groups, associations and organizations at the different level of Nigeria on women’s effective participation and engagement of critical stakeholders on issue of women, peace and human security.

Bukola holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English (Humanities) and is currently completing her Masters Degree in International Law and Diplomacy at University of Lagos. She joined WANEP from LandMark Initiatives Nig. Ltd where she worked as a business support executive.

She has a strong flair for research, documentation and training and field work on women, gender, conflict prevention and transformation especially in peacebuilding and peace support operations context.

Titilayo.A.Obaoye

Adenike Titilayo Obaoye is a Program Assistant. Prior to joining WANEP-Nigeria, she served as a facilitator/ Master Trainer on NYSC/MDG Advocacy Project.

Adenike holds a first degree in English Education and currently rounding off her Masters degree in English Language from Lagos State University and University of Ibadan respectively. She also has participated in several capacity building training programs.

Adenike is passionate about development work and anticipates contributing her part in spreading peacebuilding message across the globe.
