Activity 1: Hold 3 days project planning and manual review consultation with implementing organizations and relevant stakeholders

                       WANEP-Nigeria Team, Accountant, NNC, Implementing Member organizations, relevant stakeholders in education sector.

Activity 2: Hold 1 day consultative meeting in target states with Heads of selected schools to discuss plans for the implementation of peace education in their schools.

                    Implementing Network Member Organizations, Heads of benefiting schools, WANEP-Nigeria project team.

Activity 3: Hold 4 days Training of Trainers for selected teachers on peace education and peer mediation in each state

                    Implementing Network Member Organizations, WANEP-Nigeria project team.

Activity 4: Hold 3 day Replication training in each of benefiting schools by trained teachers and Formation of Peace clubs and establishment of Peer Mediation Centers in participating Schools

Activity 5: Hold 1 day brainstorm meeting to develop effective Information Education and Communication materials and Newsletter development

Activity 6: Production, Publication and distribution of IEC resource kits  and Peer Mediation Newsletter

Activity 7: Commencement of Mock Classes
